The ideal candidate will have 2 – 3 years of experience in all aspects of commercial real estate transactions. Relevant experience should include title and survey review, negotiation, and analysis, review of ground leases, and familiarity with commercial real estate loans, documents, and closings.
The candidate should possess strong interpersonal skills, a high degree of maturity, keen attention to detail, and a proven willingness to accept significant responsibility and manage a challenging workload within a fast-paced environment. Should be comfortable working directly with clients. Strong academic credentials and writing skills are essential. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar or eligible for admission to the Florida Bar. Must be admitted to the Florida Bar. Spanish is preferred, but not required.
