Technology Transactions & Privacy – Associate Attorney – Junior

Perkins Coie LLP is seeking a junior associate to join its Technology Transactions & Privacy practice in the Denver office. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience handling complex technology transactions such as licensing, cloud services and outsourcing, internet and e-commerce transactions, and related intellectual property issues in connection with joint ventures, mergers and acquisitions, and financing transactions. Admission to the CO bar is preferred. Candidates with experience working at an AmLaw 100 law firm are preferred and excellent academic credentials are required.
